About Our Agency
Marie Hentges , your broker has been in the real estate business all my adult life. Originally from Minnesota, after
being a sales agent for many years, I got my brokers license in the 80's and managed a branch office with the company I had
sold for. In 1989 I moved to California, got my sales license, and worked as a agent for Coldwell Banker and Century 21. I
took my broker exam in October and here we are!
Dean Ludwick, Marie's husband, has been an agent since 2000
Allen Hentges, Marie's brother, got his license in 2005
