How to prepare a property for sale.

First impressions are so important!
Today the competition is great so you must take extra care to present your home in the best possible light.
 
Spruce up the outside and the inside-get a new paint job!
Declutter-----remove most of your personal/family items. Remove pets . When a agent calls to show, tell them if you need a few minutes to get the house in order. Turn on all the lights, boil a bit of cinnamon water , make sure the house is warm and inviting.
Go for a short drive or visit the neighbors .Give the buyers a chance to feel like this could be their home.

If closet or bedroom doors don't close easily, leave them ajar when showing the house so people won't struggle with them.

Put clothes and papers away, leaving counter space free of odds and ends. Clutter is unappealing to potential buyers.
